Captain Don Kubley is the Waveson Groups NEW VP of Marketing & Government Affairs. Drew Farmer and Don O'hara will be joining Captain Don for a return trip to Haiti to meet with USAID. They will be in Haiti Monday 16 thru Wednesday 18 for multiple meetings with members of the IHRC.

A graduate of Gonzaga University Capt. Kubley comes from a 6 generation Pioneer Alaskan family. His great grandfather was one of the founders of Ketchikan.

-Has served as Chief of Staff and Legislative Liaison to The Lt. Governor of the State of Alaska.
-Has received a “special appointment” from the Governor of Alaska as Director of the Governor’s Office of Regulatory reform.

Rick Harrington is on his way to meet with Cousteau Oceanic in the Gulf to tour the Oil Spill and meet with local officials and BP reps at the strategic command center. We look forward to their assessments and helping to create a solution for clean up and front line beach defense. The Waveson Group a Florida company is helping to amass a large fleet of ships to assist in the clean up. Waveson Group hopes to create hundreds of jobs for both displaced fishermen and also move in larger vessels from Alaska that can employ locals to staff these ships.

Rick Harrington, President of The Waveson Group (www.wavesongroup.com) is currently in Haiti taking tours of the devistated Port Au Prince area, as well as, touring many of the project sites slated for construction. Harrington is one of 400 representative from companies all over the world in Haiti to offer assistance in the rebuilding and supplying of aid products to the Haitian people. After meeting with the NGO delegation group, Harrington is scheduled to meet with Rene Preval, the current President of Haiti, to update him on the progress that the Waveson Group has made in Washington on behalf of Haiti.
